Installation Guide

Follow these steps to install and configure your WordPress AI chatbot plugin.

Download Plugin

Click the "Download Plugin ZIP" button in the Code Preview tab to get your plugin files.

Upload to WordPress

Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in your WordPress dashboard.

Choose the ZIP file you downloaded and click "Install Now".

Activate Plugin

After installation completes, click the "Activate Plugin" button.

Configure API Key

Navigate to Settings → AI Chatbot in your WordPress admin panel.

Enter your API key for the AI provider you selected.

Test Your Chatbot

Visit any page on your website where the chatbot is enabled.

Click the chat bubble to open the chatbot and send a test message.

Troubleshooting

If the chatbot doesn't appear:

  • Verify the API key is correctly entered
  • Check browser console for JavaScript errors
  • Ensure the plugin is activated
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Check that you're not on an excluded page
